A fictional workplace-satire listener game for people ready to build a department, bring in their colleagues, and help management measure participation.

Fictional game. No job offer. No financial value.

Onboarding Process

How Participation Works

Three steps from new recruit to contributing department member.

01

Join a Department

Enter through a podcast briefing or an internal referral.

02

Support the Organization

Complete participation activities and follow the progress of your department.

03

Improve Your Standing

Collect fictional in-game points, unlock designations, and see where your department sits on the organizational chart.

All participation remains subject to routine organizational review.

Influencer Partnerships

External Talent Needs Attribution Channels

Verified influencers can establish a named department, bring their audience through their content, and track collective participation attributed to their channel. WWG provides the infrastructure; you provide the audience.

Influencer verification confirms control of a content feed at the time of review. This establishes an attribution channel — it does not constitute employment, revenue sharing, or endorsement by WWG management.
